All they cared about was that they had been paid and that they did what they had been paid to do. So they turned him into a living ashtray as they had not been asked to do a specific thing to humiliate and dominate him. It was their choice.
These mistresses wanted these guys to shut up but they did not. The angry mistresses had to teach the guys how to keep quiet so they used their cigarettes to do it. The guys had to endure the humiliation and torture that accompanied them being turned into human ashtrays. They felt pain and were humiliated but the mistresses did not give a damn about it as they had warned them.
Madame Marissa felt that her slave was too lazy for her and she opted to teach him a lesson and make sure he was never lazy again. The mistress did this by forcing him to lick her soles but since that was not enough, she opted to use him as her human ashtray. He felt the pain of her lit cigarette and was never lazy from then on as he knew what would become of him.
Mistress Gaia did not like the interest she got from this guy. He was not her type and he was not in her league. The mistress tried to ignore him and give him hints that she did not want him but he did not seem to take any hints. So she had to do it differently. The mistress chose to turn him into a human ashtray and make it clearer.
