This slave thought that he was equal to his mistresses and they laughed at him when they saw him headed that direction. They had to put him in his place and that is why they chose to turn him into a living ashtray. The humiliation and pain he felt as they dominated him led him to change his ways and not only know his place, but also learn to stay within his boundaries.
Mistress Coco did not want to associate with her ex but he did not want to stop bothering her. So she had to send the message in a form he would understand her better. She chose human ashtray. She turned him into one and she dominated him cruelly. The mistress did not care what he felt as long as he learned that she did not want anything to do with him.
Mistress Coco was fed up with this slave. He was too fat for her and she wanted someone fit so that he could do a lot for her. She did not like how he was slow to do everything she wanted and she put it down to his physique. He had to change and she forced him to do it as she turned him into her human ashtray besides slapping him and ballbusting him.
