So she punished him and she used her cigarette to do it. She used him as a human ashtray so that he learned there was a limit to everything and there was a line not to be crossed.
When this slave defied mistress Natasha's directives, he did not anticipate that she would punish him the way she did. She had never punished him before so he did not anticipate what she did to him. The mistress watched as he cried and begged for mercy and it was funny as she had never seen anyone cry the way he did. It was funny and she did it again and again.

She had to find a way to get him to stop being a bother to her so she used her cigarette fetish to turn him into her human ashtray. He was in pain and was humiliated but he learned his lesson.
